Hyeongmeen & Prof. Roy’s Tutorial: ITEC+EATS 2026 Recap

Excited to share that Prof. Jinia Roy and Hyeongmeen Baik presented our work on Active Capacitor Circuit Design and Control at the 2026 IEEE Transportation Electrification Conference and Expo (ITEC+EATS), held in Novi, Michigan, from June 10–12, 2026.

The presentation explored innovative active-capacitor solutions and control strategies for designing compact, efficient, and high-performance power converters. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with researchers and industry experts and to discuss how advances in power electronics can address emerging challenges in transportation electrification.

We are grateful for the engaging conversations, thoughtful questions, and insightful feedback received throughout the conference. Events like ITEC+EATS provide an excellent platform for connecting academic research with practical industry needs, sharing new perspectives, and identifying opportunities for future collaboration.

Thank you to the conference organizers, attendees, and everyone who contributed to such an informative and inspiring event. We look forward to further developing these ideas and continuing our contributions to next-generation power electronic systems for transportation electrification!
