Hyeongmeen Baik (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2023. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Madison, WI, USA. Since 2023, he has been a Research Assistant with the Wisconsin Electric Machines and Power Electronics Consortium, Madison, WI, USA, where he focuses on power electronics and control methods for power-electronic-based pulsed power applications. His research interests include advanced control strategies for high-power pulsed systems, energy storage interfaces, and high-frequency switching techniques for improved efficiency and reliability.
